How to Enroll
Four simple steps to join the Einstein Daycare family.
Schedule a Tour
Begin by visiting our facility. During your tour, you will see our classrooms, meet our teachers, and learn about our programs firsthand.
Complete Application
After your tour, complete our enrollment application form. We will review it and contact you about availability for your child's age group.
Submit Documents
Provide all required documents including health records, immunization records, and emergency contact information.
Welcome to Einstein!
Once paperwork is complete, we will schedule a transition period to help your child adjust comfortably to their new environment.
Required Documents
Please have the following documents ready when enrolling your child.
- Completed enrollment application form
- Child's birth certificate (copy)
- Up-to-date immunization records (Form CH-205)
- Medical examination form signed by physician
- Emergency contact information
- Authorized pick-up persons list
- Allergy and dietary information
- Signed parent handbook acknowledgment
- Proof of address (utility bill or lease)
Waitlist Information
Due to high demand, some of our programs may have limited availability. If your preferred program is full, we will place your child on our waitlist and notify you as soon as a spot becomes available. We recommend scheduling a tour and starting the enrollment process early to secure your child's place.
